Amanda and Mike are a fantastic team. I will admit that I had FIVE portions on our day (3 raspberry sorbet, 1 blackcurrant sorbet and 1 lemon meringue ice-cream). They coordinated colours with us and asked about flavours of macarons to go with the cookies and brownies.
